We serve dishes made from the finest local products, bringing the rich, authentic tastes of our northern region directly to your table. Each bite tells a story of the land and sea, prepared with passion and precision by our talented chef. A sustainable dining experience with our homegrown organic produce, a stunning backdrop and a cozy atmosphere.

Our products

The winter covers everything in snow from October to late May but the midnight sun provides us with an intense summer and delicious products. We have organic vegetables and herbs from the garden and berries, mushrooms and wild herbs from the mountain.

Menu

We have options for fine dining with 3-courses such as juniper-smoked cod, king crab and spruce sprout ice cream – the chef will surprise you. Or simple but tasty meals like reindeer stew, pulled moose or a classic burger. Everything homemade. The menus and ingredients varies according to the season. Price range dinner NOK 290-310 and for surprise 3-course NOK 890.

Breakfast basket

If you are staying in one of our accommodations you can start your day with a freshly baked sourdough bread, organic eggs and a selection of Norwegian cheese and homemade marmelade. Delivered on your doorstep.
NOK 185 per person.

Booking

The restaurant is primarily open for private events and group bookings (a minimum of 6 people).
If you are two people or a smaller group and would like to try our tasty and local food, we are open every first Saturday of the month. We serve our 3-course menu. See this months menu here.
